WHISPER — The €149 Million Superyacht

95 metres of swimming pool, cinema, spa, helipad and completely unnecessary brilliance.

WHISPER — The €149 Million Superyacht

WHISPER is a 95.2-metre custom Lürssen superyacht currently offered for sale at €149,000,000. Delivered in 2014, the yacht has five decks, 2,928 GT of internal volume, accommodation for 16 guests across seven cabins and a crew of 27. The public listing includes a swimming pool, spa, hammam, cinema, gym, beach club, helipad, elevator and multiple Jacuzzis. It also has a range of around 7,400 nautical miles at 12 knots. The truly impressive part is that €149 million doesn't merely buy a floating palace. It buys something large enough to require 27 people to help you enjoy it. WHISPER was listed for sale on 14 August 2026, making it an unusually fresh candidate for the Absolutely Monaco Ridiculous Top 10.

Why it's ridiculous

It is 95.2 metres long. It carries 16 guests. It requires a crew of 27. It has a swimming pool, cinema, spa, hammam, gym, helipad and elevator. And it costs: €149,000,000. That works out at roughly €1.56 million for every metre of yacht. At some point this ceases to be a boat and becomes a privately owned floating postcode. And yet the most ridiculous part is that after looking at the photographs for five minutes, €149 million starts to feel disturbingly understandable.

Harriet

Understandable

Best thing about it

Have people to do everything for you. Even turn the TV on for you. Its posh and its got a big pool. Love the SPA

Worst thing about it

Its a boat and I would not live on a boat

What I'd actually pay

Just 100m

If someone handed me the cash, would I buy it at full price?

Yes — I'd buy it — I would buy it, sell it, then keep the balance from me buying a 100m boat
